- First of all we discuss and establish your full recruitment requirements and obtain a full and detailed brief
- We then search our fully updated database for relevant candidates, whilst also going to the market for new candidates that are specific for your vacancy
- We will deliver a short list of candidates to you, of which you have the choice of whom and you can select those you wish to take through your selection process
- All interviews will be confirmed with both client and candidate at a time that is convenient to both parties
- After the assessment process, full feedback will be taken from both client and candidate, and discussed with each
- We work closely with each party to achieve the desired outcome
- Once offer and acceptance stage has been reached full contact details are provided so that formal offer correspondence can be sent
- Contact is maintained with the candidate through their notice period to start date
- We maintain contact with both candidate and client throughout the probationary period and provide any support required to smooth the transition of the candidate into their new role.
